- Chateau Prieure de Blaignan is a 23 heactare vineyard in the Medoc region of Bordeaux. Dating back to the 14th century, this estate was also the summer residence of the Count of Toulouse, Louis-Alexandre de Bourbon, who was the son of King Louis XIV.
- The vines are planted on two limestone and clay hillocks and have an average age of 30 years.
- Modern vinification is used to obtain maximum fruit and concentration. The wine is aged for 15 months prior to bottling. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
- Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color. Elegant nose of wild strawberries, with bilberry and black currant flavors on the palate. Excellent structure, balance and supple tannins.
